Not only arrived scratched but without the LID
I bought this product twice. First time arrived with scratches and battered. Second time without the LID. I haven't received my refund and it's been one month! this is unacceptable

Daño en el traslado, mejorar el embalaje.
Todo muy bonito. Pero hay área de oportunidad en el empaque, lo enviaron solo en una bolsa, y con el traslado de la paquetería me llego aboyado. Con unos golpes en la tapa y en asiento, necesitan embalarlo de mejor manera para que no se dañe en el traslado.
