Does the kid come with the stickers?

Um, no. Kind of odd that you'd would want him to. The decals are awesome though. Just what I needed when I ordered them. I would and will be ordering more. I keep finding uses for them.

They feel like the decals you put in the bathtub to keep from slipping. I use them to keep my phone from slipping out of my hand or pocket.

Yes I put these on my phone case and it made a night and day difference. Your laptop might be a little different since your not holding it with your fingers but they will help for sure

Do these feel like rubber buttons so a cell case won’t slide off a table or hard n slippery like skateboard grip tape

they prevent the cell phone from sliding on surfaces and provides great grip so it does not fall from your hand. They are small hexagon shaped rough top stickers that till this day have not peeled off the back of my phone case. I love them!!! Feels great when holding the phone. It is not slippery.
