Does the construction worker come off the machine to play with separately?

Make sure that this one comes with the construction worker, because I had to order the guy separetly. The guy by himself was $10.

I do not know of a lawnmower. There are some trucks with scoops and a back hoe that can actually dig a bit in soft dirt or sand.
