Doesn't work/ poor service from supplier ' no customer service/disgusting response
The item is faulty.. the remote does not work.. its so difficult to understand how I can get replacementThe product still not work even after they sent us replacement remote.. absolute jokeNow having to email back to request a full replacement of the treadmill... I wish I had just got the refund to save all this hassle6th August. Absolute worst service from supplier sent new remote without battery which yet didn't work Offered me full replacement fr 2 nd time they went back on there word. Now bk to amazon having to file appeal fr full refund. Such a bad supplier. Amazon you should not be using this supplier its not given me good experience the worst service ever.I would give 0* if there was the option
