How does this hold up to traveling with your orv? we're about to make a long ride and want to make sure this won't just spill everywhere...

Personally, this product was fine, but you could make it from parts at Home Depot for about 3.00. It was the bottle that this fits I didn't like. The pressure hole on the bottle should only let air in, but it release liquid as well. When you start to slow the pour it leaks even more. All of this was with water and not gas, in my case I was glad I tested it first.

Will this hose fit a Scribner 5gal utility jug top?

The hose fits a vp cap. The cap has a threaded hole for the hose to fit. If a vp cap fits ur jug, then the hose will work for u

will this fit a tuff jug 5 gallon

I am not sure. It is about $ 2.00 worth of plastic tubing and clamps that they sell for $ 9.00. If it was me again I would just build my own.

Can anyone tell me what material the dark gray part is made of?

Yessir, it is made out of PVC. The same kind of PVC used for plumbing and electrical tubing. It is chemical resistant and works great for this application. The clear hose is also made of a different grade of PVC with a UV protector so the hose lasts longer. I hope this helps.

High-Quality Hose for Easy Fueling

I purchased the VP Racing Fuels 3044 Deluxe Filler Hose, and it’s exactly what I needed. The hose is durable and flexible, making it easy to maneuver while filling tanks or containers. It feels high-quality and well-made, with a solid construction that resists kinks or leaks. The length is perfect for getting into tight spots, and it works seamlessly with standard fuel jugs and tanks. If you need a reliable, heavy-duty filler hose for racing, marine, or general fueling, this is an excellent choice. Easy to use and built to last.

Great replacement

Has held up good after a few months into the mowing season. I prefer this style over the standard one as I find it easier to pour.
