As a trucker girly, things can get extremely sweaty and funky down there. Got this along with the wipes. I had to try something new after Maintain Boric Acid soap stopped working after years and then trying Vagisil that made me super itchy and extremely irritated down there. This soap is super light, has no smell, left me feeling super clean, and you only need one pump and it lathers up enough for you to wash a few times. Best of all it left the coochie with no smell afterwards unlike the other soaps. I’m happy I tried this product.

This is the first and only product like this I've ever purchased as far as a wash but I compared several and chat GPT chose this one out of all of them, because of the ingredients for sensitivity as well as the pump apparently foam is a lot more gentle and easier to clean yourself without irritation. This is my second bottle I purchased I, One bottle lasts forever. I guess it really depends how much you use but a little pump does the job. I got this because I change brands of body wash often and or bar soap, and sometimes I get antibacterial I do not want to put it anywhere down there where it can mess with my pH so I got in the habit of just using this in that region. Has worked out perfectly and I highly recommend I will believe men and women can use this

I had a doc appt where I was diagnosed with BV and was not excited to be taking antibiotics. A couple months after that, I suspected it might be occurring again. Tests were inconclusive from this second visit, and I turned to looking for something that might naturally restore my pH balance that I could use on a regular basis. I am in my 40s and my body is changing after all. I stumbled across this and have been suspicious-odor-free since I started using it about 6 months ago. I have renewed confidence. Many years ago I had used vagisil feminine wash for a bit, but this lactomedi has no scent and the foam is quite pleasant. Seems to me like they both accomplish the goal, but lactomedi somehow feels more homeopathic? I plan to continue to use lactomedi.

This foaming wash seems to work okay. As for when it comes to irritation, better than Summer's Eve and the like but I prefer Honey Pot.

I have vulvodynia and clitorodynia but need to get things clean without scrubbing or retracting the clitoral hood due to severe nerve pain. This has been the only wash that doesn’t hurt me yet cleans things beautifully.

It seems to do the job. I like it more than gel cleansers. I use two pumps and the foam is more than enough

First discovered this when living in SE Asia Fantastic range, especially the foam wash and freshening spray. A little goes a long way and lasts all day. The best product I have found for menopause.
