Hopeful
So far it's great. Far more sturdier than an earlier version with an all plastic base. That one broke and had to be glued a few times before we decided to buy another version. This still has the same animals on the countries which appeals to the younger globe spotter. There is a warm glow when illuminated and serves as a night light too.

I am very disappointed with this globe as the language is in German
I am very disappointed with this globe as the language is in German, I have no idea how to return it so it was a complete waste of money!

Service very good, item poor
The globe was inaccurate in that it failed to showe Palestine, nor indicate the Occupied Territories. I would have returned it but had the children it was intended for arrived the day after it arrived. I will never deal with that company again, and make my views as widely known as possible.
