Hey this is a generic version of Excedrin. There no major difference between the 2 products. They are both just as good as each other. It is a hybrid of Tylenol and caffeine. IMPACT: I great incredibly bad headaches caused from tension around my jaw, neck and shoulders. When I get one of these headaches all bets are off. They are terrible and I can’t think at all. This product very effectively give me relief. SPEED: It is a caffeinated product so in addition to being pain reliever you get a kick. So you don’t get drowsy, the product actually activates faster throughout your body. If you didn’t sleep well and woke up with a headache this product helps you with the headache and the drowsiness. COST: This is the biggest difference in this generic product versus the original. The original is more than twice the cost. When I found this product and tried it out I will never spend the money on Excedrin again. I would rather save my money on this generic product. USES: it is simple you just open your mouth and swallow it with water. There is no bad aftertaste. It has not scents that you will small. You can also fit this container in you car, dresser, locker, toolbox, desk,etc. I sometimes put it in a smaller container so I can have it in my pocket for on the use. Overall the product is portable and able to be placed in most locations. This is a safe product to use but follow the instructions. I know it is tempting to exceed the recommended amounts when you are in pain. But start with the recommendations and see how it does for you. The right pain reliever for your pain is not the same and it can be different depending on what is causing your pain. So if you try this and it doesn’t seem to help it could be that it is not specifically treating that source of pain in this particular incident. But it doesn’t mean it won’t give you relief with a different type of pain later. So don’t just throw it away because it didn’t work. WARNING: If you have a reoccurring pain and you are becoming reliant on painkillers you should see a doctor to sort it out. Sometimes people don’t realize that painkillers only mask the problem they don’t physically handle the underlying problem. Seems to work well most of the time. It at least seems to take the edge off if it doesn't fully erase the pain. Tabs aren't too huge, easy to swallow both at once. No side effects I've noticed, can take with anything else. Great value! It does seem to take enough of the edge off that if I need to sleep, I can, which is HUGE for me. I often have trouble sleeping through headaches/migraines (usually it's migraines), and the sleep helps them to ease up. It may not fully relieve the pain, but it helps enough for me to feel better, which is better than any of the prescription acute migraine treatments I have. Js... remembering to post a review cuz today was a good example of getting the edge off to sleep!

I've ordered this product twice already and I can't tell you this works wonders. I've also had my co-workers try it and at first sight of a headache I'm telling you it does its job pretty fast and the migraine/headache stays away. This product is literally my go-to and I always have it in stock and on me because it does work that well.
