3/4" / 18mm Black Phenolic Baltic Birch Plywood (24" x 36")

I ordered two pieces of 24 x 18 Baltic birch with a phenolic coating and couldn’t be happier with the product. It came in great packaging to protect against shipping damage and was in pristine condition when I opened it. Order to delivery was only 1.5 days even though the Amazon estimate was for longer than that. I cut the boards on my table saw with a brand new 90 tooth blade. There were absolutely no chips or blowout of any kind - even without using a zero-clearance insert. I ran two large rabbits on each board on the router table with a used bit, and again had no chipping of the birch or phenolic. The ply is still extremely flat even with massive humidity changes in my shop over the past week. Having owned a cabinet shop for almost 10 years, i have a good sense of quality sheet goods. This is one of the best I have run across, especially based on the price and speed of delivery. Don’t think twice about ordering - at least based on my experience.

I've always used a multi ply Fin-Form Birch with a slick brown coating surface for CNC vacuum support tooling as its no voids and slick, also great for any router surfaces including hand router templates or table tops. Usually had to order a full lift of 4x8 sheets which is very expensive and would need a forklift to receive. So it was nice to be able to order small sizes in single piece form for quick jobs and needs. I like the black look for other purposes. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 out of 5 is the material is not 3/4 it's more like .700 which is OK if all future pieces come in the same. As the brown material via North American Plywood Co is always .750 consistently. Maybe +/- .002

Great stuff. My order came quickly and was well packed. The product is a breeze to work with, cuts great and the coating is pretty slick. I am using as a router table and doubt I will ever need to wax it.

Arrived undamaged. Great quality. Not sure why some of the ply layered edges were painted black instead of just leaving the baltic birch exposed but otherwise very pleased.

For my purpose the damage to the edge wasn't a deal breaker. It had a corner smashed and 2 edges splintered a little.

Can't wait to use it on my project. I'm using this as a bass for holding bracelets taken off for bed or bath.

We have metal antique outdoor table legs sand blasted and powder coated. The old board they were mounted to was worn out. My husband ordered this for its durability. We haven’t gotten it all back together yet but feel it will work out and hold up for a long time. We have a marble top that sits on it and it’s an outdoor furniture piece.
