If you are new to earthing, read this. I am convinced that earthing, aka grounding, absolutely works. If you decided to give this a try by ordering this mat, this is what I suggest: (and towards the bottom you will find my review of this mat) 1. Watch “The earthing movie” right here on Amazon. It will explain in detail what it is all about. 2. Go out into Nature and do a bit of natural earthing. All you need to do is be barefoot on some natural surface, such as grass, the edge of the water at a beach, a river bed. 3. Before you start earthing, do a mental scan of your body, and notice the spots that may be achy, stiff, feel swollen or painful. 4. Now just walk around or sit while your bare feet are in contact with the ground. Use the time to listen to music or maybe read a book or just enjoy a quiet moment in nature. Give it about 30 minutes. 5. Now do another mental scan of your body and pay attention to the parts that were bothering you before. Do you notice any difference? Are the stiff joints a little looser? Do you get a sense that what may have been a little swollen before has diminished? Has there been any reduction in aches or pain? 6. If the answer to any of this is yes, then you have just benefited from earthing. It’s time for this mat. In my case, I watched the movie and the following day I went to a local park with a chair and a book and I sat there barefooted, just reading for a while. One of the problems I’ve had is that my hands get a little swollen and stiff. After my first day of earthing, I could snap my fingers and make a sound. I had not been able to do that for many years! That’s when I realized that this earth thing concept was for real. The snapping of the fingers is my go to test to see how earthing is impacting me. I didn’t stop there. I started to google everything I could read about this, including experiments that have been done by government health organizations. Every single article concluded that there seems to be a correlation between a decrease in inflammation and earthing. There is even medical infrared thermal imaging that will show the part of the body before and after earthing. The red spots, which represent inflammation, diminish after earthing. Just Google “before and after images of earthing” and you will see a multitude of images with the results. Since I cannot be outside every day to get some earthing done, I ended up ordering a sleeping mat, which is on my bed. When I wake up, I remove it and I put it on the floor wherever I am going to sit in the house. I finally realized that it would be better to get a smaller mat just for my feet and leave the one on the bed permanently. So I decided to order this one. I want to give kudos to the manufacturer. They have really paid attention to the presentation of this package. The mat comes rolled in a very attractive cardboard tube with all the attachments inside. That tube will come in handy to pack it away when I want to travel with it. The mat itself is thicker than the one I already own and it so much more comfortable on my feet. The edge of the mat is very well constructed given it a very strong outer edge. The mat arrived about 15 minutes ago and I am already using it. I’ve already tested it to make sure that I’m grounded and I am. To test yourself for that I would suggest you get yourself an earthing meter (about $15 in Amazon), which will let you know if you are actually earthing on the mat (see photos). The meter has a cord that plugs into the neutral hole on the outlet. If you’re standing on the mat, then you hold the meter in your hand and you press the front button while also having a finger over the silver disc in the back and you hold it. If you are properly grounded, then a green steady light will come on and stay on as long as you keep pressing without interruption. In the event that the light comes on and goes off immediately, it is telling you that you are not grounded. In such a case, just check the connections of the plugs and the mat. I have gotten into the habit of having the meter by me wherever I am earthing, whether on the bed or sitting someplace. I periodically pick it up and press it just to make sure that I’m still grounding. By the way, the meter can also be used outdoors. You just press the little prong at the end of the cable into the ground and you press the meter and you will see it light up steadily. Pretty interesting concept. Friends, this earthing movement is not some kind of passing fad or social media craze. This is for real. I have shared this with a few people in my life and most have just discarded it without trying it out. But a couple of them really gave it a chance and they have noticed the improvement. Give this a chance, and you will be richly rewarded with better quality of life and body. Stay healthy! And by the way, I am liking this mat very, very much. If they also make this in bed size I may be trading up because I like this material much more.

I purchased 4 Grounding Mats, 2 - 1x2.5’, and 2 - 2x3’. I received the smaller size first, and immediately set it up on the bed. Within 20 minutes of just relaxing, reading before bed, my right hip which had been throbbing and in spasms for several hours, suddenly I felt it relax. I tensed it to see if I could still relax it or if it would start spasms back up. No! my hip which had been throbbing suddenly stopped along with the diminishment of the spasms. I sleep wonderfully. For several weeks I would wake up around the same early early time unable to sleep until at least 7AM. Receiving less than 5 hours of sleep each night. I have literally slept a minimum of 7 hours of sleep each night since the first night I have used these Grounding Mats, which is every night since I received. The 2nd night I used the larger Grounding Mat from then on to tonight 4/10/2024, W. The one thing I wish that these mats included were straps to completely stabilize in place on mattress. I keep my Grounding Mat for sleep just below the lower half of my mattress. My hips down to my feet are on the GM (Grounding Mat). When I reposition I do not lift myself up off the mat to turn, thus scrunching the GM at times, making it a bit uncomfortable for me. I do need to share I am extremely over sensitive to sounds, and touch. Though these GM do not make any real sounds, when it scrunches a bit I do feel that. Which for me is uncomfortable. I do not stick to the GM. As I am writing this, I am awake, being awake my body is tense, placing more pressure on the GM than when I am asleep. Making my feet stick a bit. Otherwise while asleep I do not stick. My feet DO feel a bit more warm using the GM while sleeping. I prefer cool feet while sleeping. It is easier to locate a cooler portion of sheet, not so with the use of the larger of the 2 mats I purchased. I am sold on this Grounding concept. I so enjoy finding natural ways to help try and keep myself healthy and thriving without more meds. In my experience and opinion Earth and Moon Grounding Mats are fabulous and I highly recommend them.

I love everything about this grounding matt and the company that makes it. I bought this back in 2021 and lost my AC adapter. I reached out to them and was able to get a new AC adapter within a week. Good vibes, excellent product. I highly recommend them!

After conducting measurements, it's evident that the grounding mat, cable, and wall plug collectively exhibit around 2500 ohms of resistance, rendering the grounding effect negligible. It's important to note that attempting to ground oneself through a standard receptacle at home is ineffective due to the connection between the receptacle ground and the neutral bar at the electrical panel box, which ultimately links to the power station generator. Thus, in reality, the connection to the neutral on the power generator is impeded by the resistance present in these so-called 'placebo mats.' My understanding of grounding aligns with the principles elucidated in 'Earthing' by Clinton Ober et al, where true grounding is achieved through copper wiring connected to an outdoor grounding rod with authentic wire mesh mats. This stands in stark contrast to the commercially available mats that simply plug into outlets. Therefore, any perceived benefits from these mats likely stem from a placebo effect rather than genuine grounding. Alternatively, if you're seeking authentic grounding within your home environment, a more effective approach would involve connecting to copper plumbing piping or utilizing a grounding rod installed in your yard. The lava stone bracelet included is borderline black magic that could lead to demonic oppression. It may provide temporary relief, but in the end, you will suffer more with those demons and end up on anti-psychotic drugs and may need an exorcist. Luckily Amazon has a very nice return policy, so everything was returned.

I really like the packaging that this grounding mat has come in. I feel like the circular packaging is much better than just a plain box. It fits everything in it perfectly and I think it’s neat how all of the items that came with it are all secure and packed in one simple cone/packaging with little room for all of the items inside of the packaging to fall out everywhere and potentially get lost or broken. i really like the material of this grounding mat. I like how it is lightweight making it easy to carry anywhere. I like how even though it is light weight the quality is still very well made and it is not something that would tear easily. I like how soft it is to stand and sit on. It instantly made me feel comfortable. The only thing I don’t like about the ground mat is how easily it attracts dirt. I feel like it will take some effort to keep clean. The set-up instructions for this grounding mat were definitely easy to follow. It took me less than five minutes to set up. What makes this product unique and interesting is how quickly it works . I instantly felt lighter after stepping onto the mat. It also made me feel secure and cleared my mind instantly, giving me a peace of mind. I could energetically feel all of my worries fading away and it even helped the headache that I had at the time. I felt so wide awake and alert after using it. I really feel like it is going to help me a lot with my anxiety and insomnia. I would highly recommend this product .

After 3 weeks of continuous use, the mat started having a hotspot, which is a fire hazard. For example without anyone sitting on it, one area of the mat was hot to the touch. For my safety, I had to unplug it and discontinue use, even though my electrical outlet tested regular, the mat integrity failed after a short time of use.

I’ve been using this grounding mat for my feet, and overall I’ve been happy with it. The size is good for putting under a desk or near a chair, and it’s comfortable enough to use while working, watching TV, or relaxing. Setup was simple, and the mat feels decent quality. I like that it gives me a dedicated place to rest my feet instead of having to use something bulky or awkward. It’s also easy to move around if you want to use it in different rooms. As far as pain relief or muscle tension, I’d say this is one of those products where everyone’s experience may be different. I wouldn’t buy it expecting an instant miracle, but I do like using it, and it has become part of my routine when I’m sitting for a while. One thing I would suggest is reading the instructions carefully and making sure it is connected properly. Also, if you have any medical concerns, I would not treat this as a replacement for actual medical advice or treatment. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars. It’s simple, comfortable to use, and seems well made. I’m happy with it as a wellness-style mat, as long as you go into it with realistic expectations.

As someone who loves nature, but can't always be in it this grounding mat is ideal. I work on computers all day long as well, and I really think 30 minutes with my feet planted on the mat resets my body. I would recommend it.

It's a great grounding mat, a good size, and comes with everything needed. I can vouch for the customer service of Earth and Moon, this small company, has done everything to make my experience with their products, both satisfactory and nothing too much trouble. I highly recommend their product.

Arrived, worked for 20 minutes then broke. Pretty poor for the high cost. I expected better. I requested a return and have been sent a qr code which just says error.

We love this product to help in our sleep and lower back pain! Bought for another family member for Christmas
