Although the pillow takes up a lot of space and is sometimes difficult to adjust to get in and out of bed, it has helped me relieve the pinched nerve in my neck my positioning my body better when I sleep and taking the pressure off of my shoulder. PT and meds did not help but this pillow did! Even if you turn onto your back its still supportive and doesn't put your neck into an awkward position. It's soft cover comes off for regular washing and the zipper is smooth and on top so it doesn't come into contact with me much. It can make it warmer to sleep so I just use a top sheet most of the time. It's like a big hug all night, but not in an irritating way. :oD

Packaging was amazing. Item was just as generously made as picture shows. Relieves stress on the whole body with heavenly support. Slept through the night and didn't even need a pain reliever. You will notice relief immediately. This type item is best for side sleepers as loft under head is a tad on the high side. Still not a deal breaker.

So, I'm a 50 year old man who has a few aches and pains. I also suffer nightly from leg cramps and restless leg syndrome. Let me tell y'all how much better I've been sleeping since I bought this marvelous pillow! Everything about it seems designed to ensure that you have a wonderful night's sleep. The built in pillow part is perfectly positioned to ensure that your neck is at the right angle. The sides and the curved bottom ensure that your legs and back have maximum circulation, support and comfort. After a week of use, I can honestly say that I've never slept better and that is the truth! This is the best $30.00 I have ever spent!!!! I highly recommend this pillow for anyone!! If you have back issues; if you're prone to tossing and turning; if your legs have circulation issues or restless leg syndrome, this is definitely the sleep aid that you need right now! You'll thank me (and of course the seller) later!

I love this thing! I'm a belly and my back feels like it's breaking all day because of it. I purchased this in hopes that would change. The first morning I woke up, let the dog and farm animals out then ran right back upstairs to crawl back in bed and worked right from there! I sleep so much better, through the night my back feels so much better and weirdly I feel taller. My only regret is not purchasing it sooner.The casing comes off for cleaning, it can run hot if you are a hot sleeper but I just drop the temperature another degree at night and probably solved! I'll be buying another one should anything happen to this one because I'll never sleep this good again without it!

I wanted to rate this 5* because the pillow shape, size, and fluffiness is EXCELLENT, but the cover gets so hot from my body heat and I wake up sweating. While the soft velvet cover feels nice, this would be perfect with a cooling cover. I had a tummy tuck and have to stay in a reclined position with knees elevated. I stack a few pillows under my head and upper back, then wrap this around me and under my knees with another pillow to elevate my knees so I can sleep in bed instead of a recliner. After I'm recovered, I think I'll still use this as a body pillow as it's quite comfy, but I'll be looking for a new cooling cover.

I recently had spinal surgery. I really struggled to get comfortable. I had to use a lot of pillows and getting comfortable was a constant process. I haul this pillow around the house to side sleep wherever I am and get comfortable on my back without pressure on my incisions. I only wish I had bought it before my surgery. I will likely use it well after I heal as well.

We bought two of these pillows. They come in a vacuumed package and the pillows expanded in seconds without any strong odor. A machine washable cover is included for each pillow. The pillows are very comfortable and suitable during pregnancy. These pillows can also be used as side pillows. Our pet also love these pillows as a tunnel system.

Very comfortable! I wasn’t expecting it to be this comfortable but it definitely is and definitely worth the money. I’m not pregnant but this for sure has great support on my back. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to upgrade to a better pillow!

Big pillow, but abit hard around the top so to lie with all night can be sore on the neck first thing in the morning. Could be softer

Reliable shipping by Amazon. I left it for 2 days but it didn't fill out much more. You can sort of manipulate the stuffing to where you need but you end up doing it daily. It's definitely cuddly and comfortable but would've liked more stuffing.
