I love love love this snow cone maker! I'm a kinder teacher and my students decided they wanted a snow cone party for the last day of school. I've been wanting a snow cone maker for a while so I decided to order one. I ordered a different one and decided it was too slow, so I sent it back. Then I ordered this one and I am so thrilled with it! It perfectly and easily shaves the ice into the perfect texture for snow cones. It's relatively fast (compared to a couple other I bought. I was able to give all 18 of my students a snow cone within about 10 minutes. The flashing lights make it extra fun! My principle came in and was so impressed with it that she decided to order two of them for school use.

Works Great — But Be Prepared to Buy the Right Ice Blocks
This sno cone machine performs well and makes great shaved ice once you get it going. The output is consistent, and the machine runs smoothly overall. That said, the ice chute is very small — much smaller than expected.If you don’t buy or make ice blocks that fit the chute exactly, you’ll spend a lot of time chipping away at larger pieces just to get them to fit. That definitely slowed us down at first.Pros:Great performance and ice textureEasy to operateCons:Extremely small ice chuteRequires very specific ice block sizeBottom line: the machine works well, but make sure to buy (or freeze) the right ice blocks to avoid frustration.

Stops working
Bought it at the end of the summer used it two times for a few kids that came over for a birthday party. We took it out for spring break and it doesn’t work..
