Ordered for my grandson, came in no box (even though it stated new) the pieces were scattered in the shipping box. Pieces were missing and or/broken. Returned for another one, this one came in a damaged box with a power cord (which the first one didn't have) but it was still broken and we were unable to attach the grow light lid to the pole (which wasn't in the box). We were very disappointed and this product is very poorly made. We returned the second one and went to Walmart and got a new one.Don't waste your time and money with this one.

This has a built in timer that you cannot change. When the lights go out, so does the pump, which means the water sits there stagnant. All of the roots turned brown/black because of this due to the lack of oxygen during the down times. I didn't put a PAR meter under the lights, but they did not appear to be of great quality, especially compared to my reef lights on my reef aquarium. Would not recommend.

It appears that I was sent a grower that was a return, the box was unsealed-the seals were pulled and the box tabs that keep it closed were torn (as pictured). It would not be suitable for gifting. Let's hope it works or it will be returned. Not cool sending something out like that.

Do NOT buy this product. The packaging it came in was severely damaged. The instructions require you to cover ports without mentioning that they don’t include it in the packaging. If you are looking for a GOOD hydroponic set PLEASE spend the extra 30$ and get one that will actually work.

I’ve had this system for about 6 months, and the lights started blinking. I am very disappointed and will have to replace. I will probably steer away from this type of hydroponic system and make my own.

I bought this on sale and did not open it because it was for Christmas. Much to my dismay when my so opened the package it was broken. Can I get a replacement for this?

Ordered a new one, got one obviously used before and it arrived broken. I'm having a crazy time getting anywhere with getting a replacement, even after shipping it back. Not even a refund so far 09/08/23
