Review: I will not lie, I avoided purchasing the Toe Corrector, well because I just didn't personally get it. 🤔 My non-dancer, always barefoot feet, didn't need correction and I was not drawn to the device as a tool. However! As a "shoulder person" using it on my hands for shoulder abduction, as outlined by KathyCorey, makes so much sense to my mind and body. This is and excellent resource for the traditional use of the tools as well as a "surprise creative gift" of the Toe Corrector's use for the upper body. Excellent book for your Pilates Library and Pilates Lifestyle.

I will not lie, I avoided purchasing the Toe Corrector, well because I just didn't personally get it. 🤔 My non-dancer, always barefoot feet, didn't need correction and I was not drawn to the device as a tool.
