How do I get more dominoes that can work for this train?

I don’t know, but it comes with a lot.

Can i get Replacement cartridge?

I have no idea. This toy is fun, but I’ll say it’s a pain reloading the “dominoes” and they get done setting up very quickly.

Batteries. What kind can be used for this toy?

This Domino train comes with a super alkaline 5 battery inside the package, which you do not need to purchase. If the battery is depleted, please also buy a super alkaline 5 battery.
