Different settings are possible by turning the mouthpiece. Positions 0 to 2 dilate the airways, positions 3 and 4 loosen the bronchial phlegm. Inhalation In conjunction with the RC-Cornet Adapter with Mouthpiece which is available as an accessory, respiratory and inhalation therapy can be conducted simultaneously.
