A brilliant item to have in your utility room, have it! First time I used it today and works like a dream. My husband installed it, said it took him 4 days to install but then he was doing it on his own. Said he would have preferred a warm light instead of the cool flourescent glow, personal preference. Remote control is a real value for me as one gets older it will be easier to manage the dryer. Definitely a big recommend. I wish we have a larger room for extra extension bars available.

This unit is absolutely 💯 fantastic, and easy to use. The remote control allows for the unit to be moved up and down. It also has a very good light and strong fans if required. I have the unit mounted on a ceiling over a stove. The clothes dry in no time at all. I would advise that a professional install this unit, especially if it is mounted on a wooden ceiling like ours as it needs to be reinforced in the attic. A small comment, it would be helpful if the sides had A and B marked on them to indicate which piece was which. I Would totally recommend this unit. Thank you seller

We have had this for three years and it’s used every day. It performs perfectly. Until the remote control stopped working. Unsure what to expect I emailed Foxydry who were fab. They responded immediately and offered to send me a new remote free of charge apart from the postage cost. A few days later it arrived and they told me how to program it. Brilliant service for an out of warranty product bought online.

This is a well designed and well made bit of kit!...but it should be , it isn't cheap. My only complaints are minor ones, the installation manual is a bit meagre especially if, as with ours, the fixings provided aren't suitable for your ceiling. Secondly the supplied flex is only 600mm long and had to be extended. Overall don't underestimate the work needed to install it, its big and quite heavy and not an easy DIY job. Even so we are very pleased with the machine now its in. My wife, who has limited mobility, can use it without having to stand. It is easy to operate and has plenty of room for the laundry. Overall we are very pleased so far!

Replacing faulty item after 7 years heavy use, cannot live without!

If you have plenty of laundry to air each day then this equipment is a necessity. We had it installed by a qualified electrician and it took him about an hour to put it up. The first airer we purchased from the supplier was faulty after about 6 months. But the after sales were very responsive and after much tooing and froing with photos and emails, they decided it wasn't repairable so they sent me another airer through the post. Having to install it again was painful financially but it had to be done. The fan blows cold air and the arms can be extended manually. Overall we're very happy with the purchase.

I absolutely love this drying rack; I have had it installed in my utility room; as I have quite tall ceilings, the clothes go up high and dry so quickly. I have a humidifier so there no damp issues as we do atleast 2 washing loads a day. It holds quite a lot of washing including sheets and towels. I don’t use the fan which comes intergrated in the rack but did use the light a few times when my spotlights weren’t working. The remote is also very handy. It was a bit on the pricey side, but now I hardly use my tumble dryer so make savings on the electricity bill over time, I’m sure. Can’t imagine life without it!

Great product and outstanding customer service: unit showed a fault after 18 months and after initially replacing the remote (which didn’t resolve the issue) Foxydry substituted with an up to date model.

Parto per dire, che cercavo un prodotto per asciugare la roba nelle giornate piovose o sciroccose, alternativo alla classica asciugatrice che a lunga andare restringe i capi e li scolorisce. Bene, il prodotto dopo un paio di settimana ha esaudito le mie richieste, e devo dire anche di più. Perchè lo si usa come uno normale stendino o come lampadario o meglio ancora entrambe le cose accendendo l'aria che come il vento fa asciugare le robe. Il modello più grande direi che sia il Top, comodo per le lenzuola e tovaglie. Ha un ottimo telecomando per accenderlo, accendere la sola luce e muovere elettronica mente in alto e in basso. Installazione facile ed intuitiva. UNA NOTA POSITIVA va soprattutto allo SPEDITORE, molto cordiale e disponibile.

Abbiamo montato questo stendibiancheria per ordinare il bagno lavanderia, che è molto grande ma risultava sempre disordinato con gli stendini aperti. Sfruttato una parete del bagno più alta, abbiamo deciso di optare per questa soluzione. Il prodotto è di buona fattura, anche se mi aspettavo che le barre fossero più robuste. Non dico che non lo siano, ma se stendete un maglioncino lì per lì la barra si piega un po' per poi tornare in asse una volta tolto il capo. Prova estetica promossa a pieni voti. Nonostante l'ingombro, infatti, è bello e sta bene su un arredo moderno. Noi lo abbiamo montato più in alto possibile, così che quando lo stendibiancheria sta su con i panni stesi, sotto ci si passa senza problemi. Prezzo alto, ma se dura nel tempo trovo che siano soldi ben spesi

Great product. Goes up and down smoothly. I’ve loaded it up with workout gear, taken it back up to the top and it dries quickly with the help of the built in fans. A special shout out for the customer service at Foxydry. We were missing a mounting bracket and I had it in three days from Italy. Francesca patiently explained the wiring configuration because our electrician had wired it incorrectly, and explained why the electrician couldn’t get it working because he hadn’t done the steps to engage the remote. All inquiries were promptly answered and explained thoroughly. If our electrician had just read the instructions, we probably wouldn’t needed her help at all. All mounting and usage instructions were explained in detail in the manual. Our remodeling contractor was so impressed with it he said he’s going to recommend them to his customers going forward
