What is the thickness of this lumbar pillow in the middle and the edges?

It’s about 1 1/2” tapered at the edges. It slips an awful lot though. I’ll say it helps if I’m in bed reading or watching tv. Sleeping - I wake up and it’s somewhere else like the floor.

Is the middle section of the pillow the thinnest part and how thick is the pillow in the middle section?

This lumbar pillow is not the thinnest in the middle, the edges are curved thin edges, the middle is higher than the surrounding edges, it is a natural flowing slope design, this is designed so that you can use it more comfortably, without foreign body feeling, so that you can turn over more smoothly. The centre height is 1.57".
