Russell Hobbs RHCF103 Chest Freezer 99L, White

I have had this for approximately 3 months. Delivery was absolutely brilliant. The freezer is very quiet, doesn't take up much room. For a small freezer it holds a lot. There is a basket for ice cream and other small items., the basket easily holds 2 tubs of Mackies ice cream and one tub of sorbet with an ice tray on top. The rest of the freezer holds at least 5 normal sized plastic bags of shopping. Well worth the money.

Firstly arranging delivery date, very smooth, very efficient. Delivery excellent, delivered within time slot. Driver very helpful with locating items, checked them over, even took the packaging away. Secondly, the product itself, yes a standard freezer, and works well as you would expect. It is extremely quiet. If no indicator light on or freezing inside you would not know it was on. Came with 1 year warranty but registered on line with the time period and automatically extended to 5 years. All online, done within minutes. More than happy with this product.

Delivery was a little late (approx. 1 hr past texted time) but not a problem for us. Unpacked very easily by lifting the box up off the unit. Freezer free from any dents or blemishes or scratches. Followed instructions to let stand on a level surface (easy enough to level) for 3 hours. No odour on starting up left overnight to reach temperature. Started to use with no problems so far after a couple of months. Sits there quietly doing its job.

Nice freezer but only one small basket. Need 2 really - ordered an extra one for around £20. Otherwise there is wasted space. Good service and was delivered on time. The freezer seems to be working well so overall we are pleased with it.

Good service from the seller, with prompt and efficient delivery. The freezer is quiet and does its job smoothly and efficiently. Spacious enough for most purposes, you can pack an awful lot in. I've had mine about 3 weeks now and am very pleased with it indeed. Recommended.

Got this one to avoid multiple visits to the supermarket. I freeze everything from bread to meat & vegetables, to portions of cooked food. It's compact so doesn't occupy too much space in the kitchen but it's not the best energy efficient freezer unfortunately as it's marked energy efficient level F and have seen the electric bill running higher since I bought it.

Bought this in March 2021 at the start of Covid. We have it in our garden shed where it has worked absolutely fine. Very pleased with it.

I had ordered it to be sent at my address having purchased it for a friend. He paid for it to be redelivered to his address upon receipt of this great product.I know you would have redelivered it to his address two days later having notified you of the change of address, but he couldn't wait to have it there and then.He was still happy paying the extra cost of redelivery.
