TESMED Manual Anti-Cellulite Massager for Legs, Thighs & Buttocks

I wanted to really try out this product before I posted an honest review. I began using this on the 27th June 2026 and so my results are from using the Tesmed twice a day for 6 minutes (3 mins each side) morning and night for exactly one month. The first week to two weeks my legs were covered in small bruises, not because using the massager hurt, that's just what happened, then the bruising stopped after that. I am really enjoying using this device as part of my self-care routine now. I usually add a bit of almond oil to help with the glide of the rollers. For the last month I have been more intentional about my health. I was already very fit, swim 2 miles a week, lift weights, and walk daily but my thighs really are a stubborn spot for me. In the last month I have tweaked a few things in my diet such as zero sugar, no alcohol, more protein and changing things up a bit workout wise too, just really being more intentional. In the past week I have added the extra addition of a body gua sha and some body brushing some days. The most consistent and committed I have been is with this massager. A few days ago I was almost ready to throw the towel in with it and I'm so glad I didn't because a few days later I really started to notice something really has changed. I'm now looking forward to the next 4 weeks results and will continue to use this massager ongoing as part of my routine. Just persist with it..

Works 100%. After two pregnancies and three years of breastfeeding, my body looked like jelly. Two weeks with this massager and a night cream for cellulite, and I'm almost in good condition. Last week I used it daily. The first two weeks I was using it until I had bruises, but now I massage from my knees to my bottom without pressure and no bruises. I am completely satisfied.

I have used this for around 3 weeks now. It took me a few days to get used to using, such as how much pressure to add. Too much pressure can become uncomfortable quickly. However, it is easy to use and comes with an 'how to use' manual which is pretty useful. I cannot say that i have seen a reduction in cellulite with 3 weeks use but legs really do feel smooth. I feel it has helped and i will continue to use. I use for 3 minutes daily on each leg.

I’ve never written a review before on Amazon. But I feel this deserves it. Like others I was skeptical. I’m nearly 50, eat well and exercise - size 10 Uk size. But I’ve always struggled with cellulite since around my 30’s. Even when I was training all the time at the gym I would have cellulite on my thighs and I felt really self conscious. I’m going on holiday soon so I thought I’d give this a go. Wow I’m impressed, initially I didn’t think it was doing anything. But now roughly two weeks in I have virtually no cellulite on the front of my thighs. I have to do some more work on the sides and back of my thighs but even there it’s starting to disappear. I combine with a good cellulite cream and I’m consistent in my use, using it both morning and evenings. I’m covered in bruises, but they are gradually going away now. But it’s worth it! This is seriously brilliant, I’ve seen results so quickly and will continue to use this every day going forward. It’s an essential item of my daily beauty routine. Buy it, you won’t regret it 😊

I have been using this for almost 4 weeks every day and the only improvement I can see is smoother skin like what you get after exfoliating but without the pain, because this can be painful and leaves bruises all over your legs. I compared before and after photos and there is no improvement whatsoever. Also the shape I thought will be good but it isn’t. I have to do it at different angles because if you do it like on the picture, you don’t get contact with the back of your thigh and that’s where my cellulite is worst. I had high hopes for this product and now I’m a little disappointed especially after putting in all the work. I might continue for another 4 weeks and see what happens because it’s too pricey to just give up and throw it away.

Brilliant My legs are fairly slim but still need help with elasticity. I leaves them feeling invigorated and smoother. Long term results can’t comment yet. Solid and quality piece of kit. Easy and enjoyable to use.

I have been using this now for 2 weeks and can't see any improvement. All it has done is cover me with bruises. I know it does say it may bruise to start with but the bruising is continuous. After every use I have more new bruises. I would not recommend this at all. Don't waste your money.

I bought this earlier this month after doing a lot of research. I’ve tried pretty much everything for cellulite like oils, manual massage, dry brushing etc. I also lift weights and do cardio 5x a week but I still get cellulite on my thighs and buttocks. After seeing good reviews for the TESMED, I finally decided to try it. I followed the instructions exactly: 5 minutes per thigh, twice a day. The next day I had bruises. I wasn’t totally shocked because I’d read this could happen at first and people said the bruises would stop once your skin got used to it. So I kept going. I tried again the next day and got more bruises. I dropped down to once a day for 5 minutes and less pressure but after a week the bruising was still happening. I’ve stopped using it now because my thighs look like I have a serious skin problem. My honest opinion: this might work for some people but it didn’t for me. With the bruises that keep coming back, I’ve actually stopped wearing shorts. It’s frustrating because it wasn’t cheap and for hygiene reasons I can’t pass it on to anyone else.

This is a really working and effective massager. But you need to be prepared for the fact that the first few times its use can be quite painful. Bruises may also appear. People with vascular problems also need to be careful, as too much exposure can lead to the formation of vascular asterisks. It is best to use a massager together with a greasy cream or massage oil.

Well designed product. Easy to use and I've seen a definite improvement on the backs on my legs after one month of regular use.

Facile à utiliser. Par contre pour les peaux sensibles, les bleus arrivent très vite! Agréable, bonne prise en main. Pour les résultats, il faudra attendre quelques semaines, mais l'effet bienfaisant du massage est là.

I have used many different brands of cellulite massagers and am glad I have purchased this one. At first, I will admit, it did feel a little painful. My advice to anyone starting out would be the following: - Go slow take your time and let your body adjust, you don't need to excessively beat up your body every time. Slow and consistent is far better then overdoing it and then not using it as consistently. - Use it with a lotion or oil. Using it directly on dry skin will only cause unnecessary pain and friction. - I've found that a good warm-up before using the massager, like a hot bath or workout, really helps to loosen up the muscles and fascia, making the massage a bit less uncomfortable. If you use this in the shower make sure you apply lotion afterwards as hydrated skin also helps reduce the appearance of imperfections! - I like to use this in the shower while I let my conditioner sink in. I was a little alarmed when I saw some bruises after the first few times of use, but don't let that scare you. It's just your body breaking up the tangled fascia, and it's totally normal. Based on my research a little bruising doesn't mean you should stop, but listen to your body and just like workouts, take breaks when your body feels like it needs it. One thing I love about the fool is that it is adjustable (up to 15") and I can easily use it on my thighs and on the sides of my stomach/love handles. It covers a lot of space which makes it more efficient than some of it's competitors. It would be great if they created a smaller one for arms! Since I've started using this massager, my skin feels softer and smoother. When I use it after workouts it actually helps my muscles recover which is a great added benefit. When I use this consistently, my legs look much more toned and even. I will say that you do need to be relatively consistent to see results, and they don't appear overnight. I highly suggest taking before/after/progress pictures to really see how far you have come!
