Great for allergies!
Works well for my allergies! I notice when I don’t take it. First couple doses make you feel groggy but then your body starts building a tolerance.

I always use bee pollen for anti inflammatory factors. I prefer the capsules over the pellets because it’s easier for me to take. These pills are chalkier than I’m used to because I typically get the ones that are in plastic which makes them more enjoyable if that’s something you capsule call having to take medicine. Overall the quality is good you just are decently gonna taste the bee pollen flavor.
