I had a plastic version of this ruler from the same brand that I lost, so decided to buy the metal version. It is a lot sturdier than the plastic one and the small angle measurement don’t bother me. I usually use it for measuring length. The main reason I really love this ruler is because it’s folded. It allows be to carry it in a small pencil bag, but can extend to my needs. And overall, it’s a pretty cool looking ruler.

Best compact ruler. I keep it my pencil pouch/on my person almost daily (I’m a big planner). You never realize how much a new ruler until you need one I don’t have one.

I always loves Midori Japanese brand . Great looking ruler which is metal and very compact and can be extended up to 30cm. It also has angles in it. It is great quality too. Got it as much wife's Christmas gift and she loved it:)

This type of ruler is great, but after a long time of use (3 years) it began to warp a little, and the metal did not close flush with itself anymore. Nevertheless, I think that it is still worth it because of how compact it is. Also, even after those three years, it is still plenty useable, I just wish that it would stay flush.

I am very satisfied with the ruler.

The angle dial is so tiny, that I initially thought they forget to add it. So, the angle measurements are pretty much unuseable for me.

Handy and collapsible. Easy to bring along during travel

One of my tools that I always have with me. Opens up to a sturdy 12" ruler but also compact and easy to use in the 6" folded set. Not much bleed that I have found after 6 months of use.

The ruler does its job as well as any other one. However, being able to fold it obviously makes it easy to bring with you when needed.
