These wrist wraps are fantastic for wrists that are weak and unstable from arthritis. I am not a young person at almost 70, but still go to the "Y" 3 times a week for strength training to keep my muscles and bones strong. It's has become difficult to keep my wrists stable and they have been getting quite sore during and after workouts. The trainer suggested wrist wraps. There are many options, but I chose these from Essential Fitness. They are awesome! My wrists are small and it took a couple of times to get used to the bulk, but they work and work great. I can even do bicep curls now without issues. And the best part is no pain during or after workouts! Oh, and I love the available colors!! Thank you Essential Fitness!

These wraps are nicely made and do a good job with providing some support. I saw in a couple other reviews some thought they weren't long enough but they seemed appropriate to me and I certainly don't have dainty wrists. They won't stop your wrist from bending completely but they limit the range which is what I was looking for.

My wife wanted these to match her shoes. They are good for people who are looking for some support but not long enough for heavy lifting. They are thick and feel comparable to other well known brands, just not long enough to wrap more than once around the wrist.

I have to say, the most comfortable and best wristband I've bought. Durable and helps support my wrists which definitely needed it. Definitely recommend it to others out there!

very flexible and secure my very weak wrists. I love bench press, dips, etc and I just can't do them without the wrist support... highly recommend if you have similar problems

Have not tried any other wrist wraps so can not compare to similar products but these have worked very well for me so far. High quality material, does its job well.
