As other Lo Scarabeo decks, Nefertari's Tarot have instruction booklet inside a sealed box. I don't know what do you mean about split packs for profit.

Do these cards have multiple languages on them

These cards do not have words on them only numbers. The explanation of each card is shown in the small booklet that comes with them which is translated into a number of languages. Hope this helps
