Works very well
Surprisingly strong. Using it for both steering and tilting a trolling motor on a kayak. Installs easily and even comes with its own installation wrench.

A strong, effective steering triangle for a 3hp motor
This black stainless steering triangle so far seems to be remaining completely corrosion free. It has worked well to replace my more fragile plastic triangle that came with my electric outboard motor for my kayak. I did decide to not use the metric screws provided in order to remain standardized with 1/4" 20 thread stainless bolts on my kayak.

Used to Replace Hand Steering Handle of Minn Kota Trolling Motor
Worked out perfectly for my revised kayak. I replaced the top of a Minn Kota hand motor, and put this on the pole in order tot with the cables. Now I don;t have to hold my arm behind me to turn the motor for steering on my kayak. Works like a dream!

Stainless Steel
First impression was how small the box was. After putting them on I could tell it was the perfect size. This white set I installed on a 1" stainless tube, although rated for 1 1/8" it fit fine. I had to make them pretty tight not to slip and one bolt broke. The extra bolt and nut included I thought was a nice touch. If you are going to use the set on a smaller tube like me I recommend putting one drop of oil on each bolt before tightening. Plastic breaks, go stainless.
