They stick well, cool very nicely, help with my migraines. They stay on while sleeping and don't cause a rash, with sensitive skin I'm very happy about that. Worth the money for sure

I have POTS, these help with migraines and cooling off, a lot. I always have some in my bag! They last hours for me, but are obviously best the first 2 hours. They feel so nice and icy at first, then just a pleasent coolness. I had worse migraines from a broken tooth and these on my temple covered most the pain. I have extremely sensitive skin, these only get me a tiny red. Matches the red on my cheeks at least haha

This works great for migraines! My wife has terrible migraines and these help her when we’re out of the house these have been a life saver for her and offer quick relief. We’ve used these on our children when they are sick and they help bring the fever down quickly with no complaints from the children. The product stays where placed even with lots of movement! I Recommend putting them in the fridge if using for migraine relief! These are perfect to have in your purse or diaper bag for quick relief!! These are very thin compared to other brands we’ve used my wife likes these more than the others due to the light weight feel when the product is being used. 10/10 recommend

I was watching an anime and a character used one of these and I thought they were genius. These cooling pads are nice, especially for travel because they are so small and easy to pack. It has a gentle cooling feeling, but it's nothing like an ice pack, so don't buy these thinking it will replace that. But if your going to be spending some time in the heat, one of these on your back just under your neck does help cool you down. The adhesive is ok. Not terrible, not great. I find myself pressing it back on from time to time. But it's comfortable and doesn't irritate my skin. Overall, great for travel and assistance keeping cool, but don't think it will replace an ice pack for injuries.

Ive bought these over and over for summer, and work. I usually am in hot environments, and these help me stay cool from heat illnesses, they stay on, and help me stay cool. They dont cause any discomfort, and there isn't a smell. Id recommended for anyone, of any age, whether you're running a fever, or are staying cool in summer!

I usually buy something similar from Walgreens, 6 of them for 10 dollars there. I got 20 from Amazon for the same price. No complaints here. Great for fevers, migraine, heat sickness. I literally take them with me everywhere I go and my kids love them too! Maybe not as sticky as the others, but definitely compareable.

Very disappointing that the gel patches DO NOT stick and stay in place as one would assume, leading to an inefficiency in being able to cool your head/neck down. Strong unpleasant smell also; as much as you expect a particular scent due to the material used to make it, it was quite overpowering when suffering a migraine.

I purchased these for use for headaches as well as for use during hot temperatures. Do they cool? Yes. Stickiness: this was disappointing. They will stay in place as long as you stay immobile and reclined (if on forehead), but don't plan to move around or be upright. I tried several at different times, and after the first one was disappointing, I tried making sure my skin was completely free of oils by using rubbing alcohol to see if that would improve the stick. It did not. The cooling is a solid "medium". I felt like I had to put consistent pressure on the patch with my hand to feel the coolness, which is another thing to have to worry about if you want to be doing anything, including simply playing on the phone, while using the patch. Using with children may be a challenge, and the vapors from the cooling material did sting my eyes when the patch was placed on the forehead. I think these may be great for an adult to use on a child while keeping consistent pressure, but wouldn't have high expectations beyond that. I will keep the rest of the box for lying-down use only since I used about 6 over the last week to try and make them work.
