If you buying these bags because of vacuum pump plz don't buy it as mine broke straight away as soon i pluged in and turn the button on it blast and lots of smoke came ouy with the spark. Couldn't return it as used aome of the bags with my ownn vacuum.

Beware. The pump is 110V so no good for UK unless you buy a transformer. No mention of this anywhere on the item. Poor show Amazon!!!!

The bags are really good. But I didn't check the voltage requirement before buying. The bump uses between 110-120V power but Singapore has 230V supply. As soon as I turned the pump on it triggered a spark and burnt :( The bags are still useful. I will try to remove air with vacuum cleaner.

Keeps all my clothing clean and safe. Makes packing so much easier and convenient. Did not wrinkle my clothes as I thought it would. Threw the vacuum sealer in the luggage for repacking for my return flight. Will definitely order extra smaller bags. This set came with large bags.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. Although the bags are fine, the pump is a MAJOR FIRE HAZARD. I tried using it the first time and it literally sparked and exploded burning my fingers and my clothes. I was lucky to not have been significantly burnt or electrocuted.

Vacuum pump is not compliant with Saudi standards and exploded in my hand as it’s 110v and not 220v… Amazon shouldn’t sell it in Saudi like this… totally disappointed.

We used these plastic bags on a recent two week trip to France. As we made dirty laundry, we stored them in these very sturdy, well sealed plastic bags. We didn't even bring the suction motor--we just sat on the bags to get the air out. This allowed us to keep our dirty clothes compacted and taking up very little space in our luggage, and also to keep the stinky clothes away from the clean clothes. Highly recommended!!
