Not a reliable vendor

I had finished installing on my driver side and it turned out perfect look so nice but when i went to go do passengers side the shock lifter was defective and wouldn’t work correctly. So i went and tried to return and replace the shock lifter they said it can’t be processed and only thing they let me do is return whole items which is installed.
