This is a great form of selenium
I don’t like to take thyroid medication and my naturalpath doc approved this as a solid alternative. Please do not stop taking thyroid medication, but this might be a good alternative for someone that has the same issues I do. Please check with your doctor, it works for me that may not work for someone else. My labs have been good taking one a day.

Triquetra health products are always my go to for supliments. This complex is the one for anyone looking toincrease their selenium uptake. These products are always clean and worth the price. They never let me down when looking for anquality product.

High quality, thoughtfully packed, organic
I appreciate the use of a dark glass bottle to house the capsules, since it blocks or reduces oxidation/degradation from light. I liked that it includes all 4 organic forms of selenium, which are also the most bioavailable forms, since each type is used by different pathways in the body. Also, despite being sourced from organically grown garlic, there is no pungent odor upon opening the bottle. I wish it was completely grain-free, but for those sensitive, it does include rice flour/fiber. I am okay with this but would like to know if the rice products are also organic and/or if it is from white rice or brown rice, since the latter has been shown to naturally have higher levels of arsenic, which I’d to avoid. Will have to reach out to the company to ask and report back when they reply. Product instructions could not be more clear: “Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.” Side note: I was impressed that there is over 3.5x the RDA in just one capsule. Makes me not be so worried about missing a dose here and there. Also, very economical!
