Does the lid leak? How secure does the lid stay on the cup?

The lids snap on tightly. I've never had them leak. They may wear a bit, but still never leak.

Is it dishwasher approved ?

Yes the cups and lids are both top rack dishwasher and microwave safe. Thanks for asking!

what material are the cups and lids made of?

The cups and lids are both made of BPA-Free plastic. The cups and lids are both top-rack dishwasher safe.

How many uses before we need to throw them out?

We've never needed to throw any away. After years of use the Starbucks logo printed on the outside may start to wear off, but the cup still works. Thanks for asking.
