This Satchel is made from a thick black colour leather. The thickness of this leather is approx 2.2 mm. The bag is constructed using heavy duty synthetic thread. Choice Bag
I did a lot of search as I was very particular. I was picky as I wanted a "life-time" purchase and I ended up returning a few bags that I had thought were great options. This one is perfect for office business (laptop, accessories, lunch, documents). Smart, rich, sturdy and elegant. Not spacious for business travel unless very light luggage (clothes, etc). It's rigidly boxy. Overall highly recommend.

Good quality leather & a lot of space but the shoulder strap broke after less than being used 10 times
I do like the case as it has a lot of space and the leather is good quality, however, it has now broke! Had a few issues with the shoulder strap when first using as it kept coming undone. Then two days ago the silver buckle on the strap split in two ..... all I have was a lap top, leads and a A4 folder so the weight was no excessive. I've used the case no more than 10 times! Lets see how this is resolved.
