How many plates can you load on this? Also, I saw the seller has an upgraded model in the answers to another question - where do I buy that direct?

Description says 500lb max load. But you can probably get 5 Olympic 45lb plates max on it. Maybe some sand bags on there too?

Can a 7yr fit into the harness, or would it be to big?

I am 6' & 210 pounds and the harness falls off my shoulders. There are no adjustment points for the shoulders or the chest, only the waist. I hope this answer helps you in your overall evaluation of this product. God bless, Pastor/Personal Trainer, Michael Rodriguez

Yes，Of course. Our sleds won't scratch your carpet.

Does what it says

Needed a sled to pull weights, as was training for climbing Mount Fuji. Did the job what I wanted. added weights to the sled and pulled this quite well.
