Game of Thrones Large Natural Viking Usable Drinking Oxhorn Horn & Stand

Description

Oxhorn Drinking Horn This Beautiful oxhorn drinking horn made of solid horn by the skilled craftsfolk at Abbeyhorn right here in the UK. In a world where so much is artificial horn serves as a reminder of just how wonderful and appealing natural products can be. Using traditional methods the skilled horn carvers produce a range of quality goods that are both captivating and functional. Can come polished or in the original rough finish. For a more natural look we would recommend the rough finish and the highly polished finished if you would like a horn which is a bit fancier (as the polishing really brings out the colour of the horn). The drinking horns are suitable for use with cool liquids. Horn is naturally water resistant which is why it has been used for centuries. A care sheet is provided. Perfect for a cool beer on a sunny viking afternoon, would make a great best man / groom gift. Each vessel is as original as the horn that it is made from. Making each piece an original one of a kind. The horn measures approx 35cm long. These horns hold approx 450 - 500ml of liquid. Please note: Natural horn products can have quite a distinctive odour (due to the nature of the horn) when newly made, this does dissipate with time and usage.
