Recently moved to the Midwest and found I had no energy once daylight savings hit. The doctor told me I might have SAD and needed to get a light. I thought the doctor was crazy and did not want to invest in a $50+ light that might not even work -_- So I got this light. Inexpensive, portable, multiple colors to choose from and brightness levels. The design is slim and sleek. It looks nice so no reason to hide it. And it looks good enough to display even when not in use. I also appreciated it wasn’t huge. Like it’s a little square. I did not realizing how much my productivity would improve with this light! I use it whenever I’m working at home. It sits on the bookshelf next to my desk and just points at my back. But the extra light really works! I have energy again, I can function and am productive! The timer feature works and is nice. The memory of the light setting when it was last used is nice too. I’m happy it’s also easy to move about the house. Will probably order another for my bedroom and one for traveling. Great purchase!

I should have written a review a long time ago, because this lamp is awesome! It was my first one and I was hesitant to buy it because I didn't think it would work. My doctor recommended that I get one for my depression and because I stay inside almost 24/7 due to my disabilities. It has made a huge difference. I like how easy it is to use. I've been using it since last October and it's still functioning like it's brand new. I like the brightness settings and the fact that I can have four different colors to choose from The design is nice. I leave it out in full view. The bonus is the price. I would have paid more for something of this value. I highly recommend to anyone who is not sure whether to buy it or not.

This light therapy lamp is exactly as described and totally worth the money. It’s super bright, fits nicely on my desk, and it lifts my mood during gloomy days. The different brightness levels and color temperatures are nice and allow me to use it with lower brightness as a normal light during zoom calls. The only downside is that it doesn’t work with external smart plugs. I have to turn it on manually. But overall, it’s a fantastic little mood booster for my home office!

I use this product to help me become Alert in the morning. I have it right by my bedside, and I like the fact that it has a memory of your last setting when you turn it on. The only the only thing I wish were a little different is if it wasn't so bright. Even on the lowest setting, it seems a bit too bright for me.

I get seasonal depression. (New England weather you know!) and it’s the end of summer and winter is coming, I had wanted a light like this for a while but couldn’t bring myself to buy one. Then I saw the reviews on this and for the price I couldn’t beat trying it. It’s wonderful! FOUR different light color settings and FOUR different levels of brightness, which is great depending on the time of the day for me. Has definitely helped so far. I work in a medical office and there’s 0 windows around me, so this has been a great addition to the corner of my desk to light my area up with more natural looking light. Really glad I purchased. Would highly recommend to others.

i have this sitting on my desk so i turn it on when i start working. it does create an ambience that is relaxing

I should have known better than to have expected an inexpensive Chinese to actually work. Apparently this lamp had a partial charge, because I turned it on to test it right out of the box, and it was quite bright. I put it on the charger overnight, and in the morning it wouldn't turn on. I was very disappointed, as I had been eagerly awaiting a chance to start using it and feel better. I knew the cable was working, because I plugged the cable into a different adapter, and it turned on. However, two and a half hours later I went to use the lamp, and it was dead again. So, I received an adapter that doesn't work and a lamp that doesn't hold a charge. Having only a cable that works is absolutely useless to me.
