No, this is just regular ole nail polish.

Does "My Private Jet" have a brown tint to it in person?

Thank you for reaching out to us at OPI and being a loyal consumer. No, OPI "My Private Jet" does not have a brown tint in person it is more of a steal tint beneath the shimmer finish it has. The shimmer does have warm tones so in a photo you may think it has an appearance of brown tint but in person it is not. This has been my favorite shade for 15 years at least. I hope you love it as I do. Have a Gorgeous OPI Nail Day!

How long will it take to dry completely?

Please do not use your tongue!!!! Lightly and gently tap it with your finger. It’s not completely dry if it’s still a little tacky/sticky.

Does it have glitter in it?

“Nessie Plays Hide and Sea-k” has some shimmery glitter in it, and “A Little Guilt Under the Kilt” has some slight shimmer that you can see when it hits the light.
