The diodes are the Samsung 281b. I know this for sure because it is right on the cover of the user manual.

Is any option to set dim 0%? I want to use this light with comtroller, so dim 0% will be great to turn the light off

Dear customer, thank you for you question. Actually, as shown the product listing, the dimming of the XS1500 Pro is 5%-100%, please check the fifth photo listed. So this light cannot be completely turned off. Your understanding will be highly appreciated. To turn it off, please unplug the power cord. Or use a timer to turn off the light fully. Plug the light and the timer in a socket, then use the timer to control the socket power on/off. When the timer turn off the socket, the light will turn off automatically. Thank you.
