Very nice ,smell good.Try it with coffee and cook potatoes on pan with ghee butter.I recommend using it!

Good taste, basically smells like creme bru le. Being of Indian decent I grew up pretty much having ghee on a regular basis and this one is really good. It's a bit on the pricey side for the quantity and what I'm use to paying. However it's from an organic source and doesn't have any additives so sometimes you have to pay a bit extra for good quality ingredients.

This ghee is lovely - the texture and the taste are delicious, and it's so easy to use straight out the jar. I use it for cooking and it gives a lovely flavour to food, but subtle enough that it's not overpowering. It smells great too - sweet, almost like buttery fudge. This is my go to brand now - I use it daily in all my cooking. I've recently tried to eat a more primal/paleo diet to limit milk proteins and lactose and although this is dairy, ghee is lactose and casein free. I believe it's also supposed to be anti-inflammatory due to the fatty acids in it, so it's a great healthy fat to cook with. This brand is quite pricey, but well worth it for the quality, plus it's organic. It came bubble wrapped from Amazon and arrived in perfect condition.

Definitely the best organic ghee I’ve ever had ! Not even comparable to regular canned ghee in stores. Delicious and fragrant - I use it for my morning coffee and I love it!

I don't use ghee often, but when I do this is the only one that I can stand the taste of in dishes. I've tried several brands, but always come back to this one. Would recommend highly to anyone! I know it's not cheap, but tastes so much better than others & now it's the only one I'll use. Gives a wonderfully comforting, silky mouth-feel to dhall dishes, especially.
