Quiet and wobble free.
So far so good, just got the fans installed today and I am very satisfied with the look and performance. Installation was "almost" straight forward, but for the most part like hanging any ceiling fan, if you are a handy person and can follow instructions, no problem. I ordered these fans for an outdoor application to replace some aging fans, the down rods in the pictures are 12 inches and are not included, I ordered them at the same time and installation was a breeze. Now for the dirty details, the fans have no pull chain, they are controlled by a wall switch (pictured) that uses the hot wire to power on and off, and a remote transmitter for speed and direction. My old fans had pull chains and hot all the time so some rewiring was in order to use the switch, if you currently have a wall switch for a fan, no problem. The fans I ordered have no light, but light buttons are included on the switch, not a problem other than it makes the switch look busy, three extra buttons that are not needed for my application. So far I am very happy with how well they move the air, and that they are so quiet and do no wobble at all, only time will tell how well they last.

Very stylish and creates alot of breeze
We were looking for a larger outdoor fan and this does the trick. Moves a ton of air which helps with the mosquitos too! Didn't come with a light or light kit so make sure you have ample lighting another way.

Great looking and quiet!
I bought four of these for our house. We use one in our bedroom, one in our living, and two on our back porch. These are the best fans in the house! They move lots of air and are super quiet. Definitely worth the money!

Great looking patio fan!
Had this install on our patio with a 72" down rod to replace a normal 50" fan that just wasn't moving enough air on the patio. This seems to be doing the trick. Haven't fully enjoyed it on a hot day yet as it's now cooling off, but it looks great, moves a lot of air, and the wall control is easy to use. Two thumbs up at this point.

Perfect Addition to My Back Patio
I added the Hunter 51592 Downtown Ceiling Fan (72 inches, Matte Black) to my back patio, and it looks fantastic. Installation was easy and straightforward. This fan is a must-have for anyone with a patio entertainment area, especially in the South where the heat can be intense. It provides excellent airflow, making it comfortable to relax outside after a long day working in the yard. Highly recommend!

Works perfect, make sure to also get the extended down rods
We got two of these for our patio build, they put out a good amount of air. These are hung with a 36" downrods, but could have probably gotten the 48". Love the sleek modern look, perfect for our space. The only downside is the built in wall remote part has buttons for lights, but there are clearly no lights for this item, so extra buttons for no reason.

TERRIBLE "remote" design.
This is a fantastic fan, with one MAJOR exception: Its "remote". The remote is wired into the wall with your light switch, which would lead one to believe that it is powered by the house's electrical system. Nope. It needs 2 AAA batteries. And when those go, the "remote" stops working. Completely. Even though it is connected to the house electrical service. Makes perfect sense..... So, WHEN the remote stops working, AFTER you spend 30 mins on hold w/ hunter to start a warranty replacement of the fan, they remind you, a customer who has forgotten that a WIRED remote needs batteries, that they may be dead and need to be replaced. And, surely you ask, they put those on the front somewhere, easy to get? Of course not! Because the genius engineers at Hunter have a sick, twisted sense of humor, one that enjoys the thought of their customers having to decide weather to cut the power to an entire room shutting off the breaker, or risk electrocuting themselves removing the switch to replace the batteries. Because they are on the back of the switch. In the wall. Of the WIRED switch. Because of course they are. The designers of this switch deserve their own Bud Light "Real men of Genius" ad. Other than that, its a great fan, quiet, able to move good amount of air. Which is a good thing. Because you get quite the workout changing the batteries. Of the wired switch......
