Will the pants fit some one with a 41" waist?

Hey hi... I bought the "Medium" and I am 34" waist... I suggest you go for the XXL (37 - 39" waist). Give it a shot, it may be a tight fit in the beginning, but doing MMA you will definitely shed some pounds :).

Do these shrink in the wash?

No, mine have been through the machine on a standard wash many times and are as good now as when I bought them.
