The carefully selected raw materials from dreikraut are both encapsulated in Germany and controlled by an independent laboratory for purity. Each capsule contains 400mg high-quality incense extract with 65% Boswellia acids and is free of gluten, lactose, fructose or animal ingredients. Contains no allergens. Consumption recommendation: 2 x 2 capsules daily, un-chewed with liquid at meals. Ingredients : incense extract. Coating agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) Nutrients (based on 4 capsules): 1600mg incense extract (including 1040mg of Boswellia acids). Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. The daily intake should not be exceeded. Pregnant women should consult their physician before eating. No English Instructions for this product !
Unfortunately the label is all in German. No English directions about how many to take and when. Hence I have not even tried it yet. I am trying to find someone who speaks German to translate it for me and then I should be able to complete your Review.
