Great value, works great with my Fitbit easy to record is the perfect length. So far I’ve been very happy with this item.

I am quite satisfied with this purchase. I realy like the button to aid in resetting the fitbit. The charger works well and I like the power cord that is long enough to use in most scenarios. I deducted one star because it doesn't have a pilot light to confirm that the fitbit has been recognized and is charging. However the fitbit will show a charging detail when you first put it on the charger so it's a minor detail.

I must’ve gotten a bad one. Not worth sending it back. Doesn’t keep charging after it flashes and says that it’s charging. If it ever does charge, and claims 100%, it doesn’t hold the charge for more than a couple of days. I went back to the charger that my watch came with and the battery holds up for a week. UPDATED 12-19-24 Seller was very kind and contacted me and said that the charger may have been damaged in shipping. They sent me a new one and this one is PERFECT!!! Charges quickly and holds a charge for a very long time. Seller made this a very happy purchase for me. THANK YOU! UPDATE 2-18-25 STILL works beautifully!!! Love this charger. To the seller, THANKS big time again for contacting me!!!

Updating review: Customer service reached out and initiated a replacement as they believed I had just received a faulty product the first time, and they were absolutely right! Replacement charger arrived within a few days of confirmation and it seems to work great! Connects easily to my watch and seems to hold it in place. Very happy with the customer service and new device! Fantastic charger for a great price, even better customer service. Original review on faulty charger: The pins are really touchy so it doesn’t want to properly connect to the watch. Once you do get the alignment right, the magnet doesn’t seem strong enough to keep your watch in place so it stops charging either immediately or after a couple minutes. Sooo annoying.

Loved it when I got it,fast charging and worked great. Now 6 months later it just stopped - dead as a door nail,so glad I didn't review it when I got it or it would have been misleading

This is my back up charger. It charges fast and plugs I to my phone charger. Love it!

Arrived quickly and I tried it out straight away. Perfect! I had no trouble getting it to connect and it charged quickly. My charge 5 stayed in place securely the whole time. I would highly recommend. Much better than the original charger that come with my charge 5.

Heb deze besteld zodat mijn Fitbit snel opgeladen zou worden...... nou, ik kan u vertellen dat dat dus niet het geval is! Mijn bijgeleverde oplader van mijn Fitbit is nog sneller dan deze oplader :-( Werkt dus absoluut niet!!
