Would this fit a toddler?

It may be a little big for a toddler, it fit my 7 year old perfectly. But the way it’s made I’m sure you could still make it work. It won’t go down over a toddlers eyes at all, just hang low in the back.

Is this for a young person?

A young person older than 12 years should be able to wear. Suggest replacing feather that comes with hat with perhaps a real turkey feather if you have one.
