Great product and services
I needed to reset the device. I called on their support number and Michael Vinod was very helpful. He helped me step by step to reset and how to use device properly. Highly recommended. Great service ๐

Good Product but must be connected with pc
Markus helped me to reset the passwords and provided excellent customer services. In regards with MB2 device it must have a pc linked software so in case of fire we can access to the digital register on pc or mobile phone and count the number of students. Overall goo device.

Not great wonโt download data
Had this for over a month so missed the refund date. The memory stick stopped downloading the data to it after a month declaring error. Tried another 4 memory sticks all the same. Pretty much wasted my money .

Set up instructions are a bit hard to follow but Jason was very helpful and accommodating on the phone to me.
