Like floating
This is great it's really nice takes a little just so to get the level right the cushion behaves a bit like those mattresses that have air pumps to vanity the pressure of the surface As you move and lean the air in the cushion moves between the chambers so you feel floaty and it feels great over bumps really helpful

Comfort perfected
Very comfortable. It slowly adjusts if you lean to one side and this can make it difficult to get level. It so perfectly fits your bottom that you have to check to see if your wallet has fallen out of your back pocket. Velcro keeps the cushion in position.

No worries about pressure sores on the butt.
Exactly what I ordered it for, stops the wife having pressure sores!

Ended my body pains immediately
Stopped my backpack butt, and neck pain and legs falling asleep immediately. I'm using it on a kitchen chair to use my computer for hours a day a the kitchen table. Not an ergonomic setup, but the cushion really helped! Read the directions and do not over-fill the air chambers. Mine is barely inflated, but even i sit down, it's perfect.

stays inflated & is comfortable
It has been about 3 weeks and so far the cushion is working well for my mother that sits about 10 hours a day in her wheelchair. My mother is a hoyer lift patient, so she is either in bed or the wheelchair. The cushion is staying inflated. She doesn't complain anymore about her bottom hurting. Time will tell regarding the sore on her bottom but she was complaining about her bottom, with the old memory foam cushion, on the last day she used it. And from day 1, with the new cushion, she no longer complains. I also bought the heavy-duty one in case she has a bathroom accident.

A big smaller than what you get in the hospital bit it does the trick
My mom has open areas on her bottom and sit sits lots . Needs to sit on it to prevent more medical issues . This is a great Roho cushion . Easy to blow up . One week later it is still inflated and she says it is comfortable. Cover that goes over the cushion was good quality and easy to put on
