This tastes like real Shilajit. Quality. They say it's triple lab tested. A friend suggested this because it's so easy to pop a black tablet everyday. I noticed some days I didn't take my Shilajit because it's a whole process to boil water and scoop it out, life is busy and sometimes I would forget or feel like I didn't have time. Not anymore! I read you can even desolve this tablet in water like the resin if desired. So far I've just been popping one in my mouth and swallowing it with a glass of water. Thankful to be getting Shilajit in me every day! I take it for energy, Jin, focus, and balancing my hormones. It's pretty affordable by this company. I will definitely order again. Sometimes they are "currently unavailable" so order ahead of time!

Quality is awesome
This gives me the best energy and no crash like my lattes would give me. The energy I get last for half the day with no crash. I would take one tablet around 8-9 am and won’t feel like I need another one unless I have a longer work load which would be between 2-3 pm. I eat pretty clean as well, workout, and drink a lot of liquids so that assist too. The taste will grow on ya, trust. It’s worth it! I let it dissolve on top and under my tongue.

Not bad!
It's only been 2 days since I got some. I seem to feel an energy difference. I was taking a capsule version that gave me a small amount of energy but nothing you really noticed. I dissolve this brand under my tongue. Nasty but so far effective.
