Can I get a specific key code to match my current stack-on?

No! Do not depend on these locks to secure anything of value. The brass shaft that the lock lever attaches to is very weak and can Be broken with the turn of the key. I installed hasp and pad locks on mine.

If I buy two lock's at the same time well they be keyed the same

I don't know if they always do it that way, but that's how it was with mine. I was pleasantly surprised.

Why are you charging me shipping if I have Amazon prime?

3rd party sellers don’t always pay shipping. Shipping cost are mostly covered by Amazon for us prime members. It’s also a lot of times covered in the over all cost. Notice sometimes you pay $20 for an item and that same item cost $26 from a different seller that’s because shipping cost is included.

Can duplicate keys be made for this lock?

It is a simple dual sided key so I would think a reputable locksmith would be able to make duplicates.
