Can you cut custom oval shapes? I need 1/4 inch tempered glass cut to a specific size. Thanks.

Are these panels good for building an outdoor glass railing? The thickness (1/2") seems fine. Thank you.

In never used 1/2" Thick Glass of any size. I had 3/16" 6x6" glass for my coffee table. In my opinion of course not knowing the square footage required for your 1/2" thick glass for railing application sounds good, but will definitely require a very strong structure to hold in place. Not to mention the cost. You may want to consider plexiglass as an alternative. No matter what you choose please put safety first especially with kids and animals around.

Is there a warrantee?

I don't think so . Maybe against scratches if you paid for some kind of coating. It's yours to break. Never heard of warranty for glass but always an exception.
