How many disks does it have? 50 or 15?

15 they are thick disks not the thin ones

The title says 3" 5000 grit but the description says 5" 800 grit. What is it?

These are 3" diameter 5000 grit discs that you use to denibb and polish clear coat or paint. We use them for clearcoat as you don't have to compound and buff as much. Buffing leaves swirl marks so then you gotta' do more buffing.
