230V TWIN PORTABLE WASHING MACHINE FOR STUDENTS DORMS COLLEGE APARTMENTS + SPIN FUNCTION

This is a great machine, it sits in my shower tray with the water hose attached to the tap and the drainage hose into the plughole. I can fit a reasonable size load into the washer, probably the equivalent of a medium sized load of a conventional machine and it washes quickly and thoroughly. The drum size of the spinner is smaller so 1 wash load takes two or 3 spin loads depending on what it is, ie bedding, towels heavyweights I split into 3 spinloads. But again, its a really quick spin but everything comes out almost bone dry, its way better than the spin cycle on any other machine I've ever used. So, yes, its a case of wash, drain, spin, rinse, drain, spin, but as each cycle is so fast and effective its no big deal. I live on a boat and space, weight restraints, plumbing etc all make a conventional machine impossible for me, so this is a absolute gem of a find. I would recommend this to anyone to be honest.

I bought this machine for a specific purpose to wash some horse boots that I didn’t want to go in my own machine. I have to say that it did the job pretty well! You’ve got to make sure that you put plenty of water in the wash side otherwise the items will sink to the bottom and it won’t wash. It’s only a 15 min wash - but that was fine for what I wanted. The spin was ok but I could only put one boot in a time. It did the job to a reasonable standard and was a lot better than I thought it would be! It was good value for money, quiet and a manageable size to carry from the garage to the patio easily.

I got laughed at when I told my other half and friends that I had bought this machine to take on our camping trip but I was the envy of fellow campers! :-) It's small, light and very efficient. It sat on the deck of our cabin and was used everyday. Washing and rinsing out clothing and wetsuits was quick and simple, no more doing it by hand! It fitted far more items than expected but I left larger items like towels and hoodies for the 'proper' washing machines. I could fit 3 spring wetsuits (the long sleeve, cheeky bottom kind) in for a rinse and the spinner would take 2 at a time. The spinner is very efficient and clothing comes out pretty dry. Yes emptying and re filling was a bit of a faff as I positioned it where it could drain off the side but wouldn't reach the tap but 4 big buckets full was enough for a full wash, but it's so quick it's not a big deal. I used Ariel Gel which worked well and the water is as hot as you put in (not boiling!). Slight improvements could be made with the filling hose; make it stronger and longer maybe, but I'm sure I could get another one. Overall a perfect little machine for your camping/boat holidays. I've even used it at home instead of my normal machine for quick washes and rinses.

Utter garbage. It was bigger than described somehow, but still the right size for a temp stand in until I could replace the big automatic. Set it up ready for a trial run. Put a t-shirt in the washer and jet it do its thing for a wee while. Chugga chugga… fine. Then onto the spinner. Set it for a short spin… drain pipe into a wee bucket. 30 seconds later and it blew up. Flashes and two loud bangs and some smoke. Unplugged, drained and boxed back up. A piece of junk. I’m better off hand washing and wringing then into the DriBuddy. Trying to arrange for it to be taken away and getting a refund is an adventure. I will not be paying for this to be picked up. It’s faulty I shouldn’t have to pay for it to be taken away. If no refund then it’s getting taken to the recycle centre for destruction. Preferably at the hands of an angry gorilla. Don’t buy… a rock in a river would be more effective.

Why did you choose this product over others?: This is my third machine of this design over the last 12 or so years. Living,mainly on a yacht, space is limited and having rounded corners helps. Of the 3 machines this is had more thought given to it in finish and looks. On the cons side, my previous 2 machines have all suffered broken lid hinges, definitely a product of the wrong type of plastic and I hope this doesn't occur on this one, although I did manage to fix them using epoxy glue.

At first it appeared to not work, but I thought I'd check the obvious. The fuse was faulty. Providing, as with any machine, you don't overload it, it works very well for such a small machine. It cleans the clothes well. The spin works, although obviously not as well as a large machine, but it does the job adequately.

Received this morning, although delivered to the wrong address after contacting the seller to ask for a change of address due to self-isolation at my static caravan. Used the machine almost immediately on receipt. Extremely easy to use, very straight forward instructions. I used a bucket to fill the machine as the hose won’t fit on the tap, but this is not a problem as you need to use the machine at the sink for draining. I did a wash, transferred clothes into spinner, drained washer drum, put clothes back in washer drum added more water to rinse, then put in the spinner. The spinner worked like a dream, in fact the clothes were drier in this than when done in the one I have at home! Early days but initial thoughts: this is an ideal machine for a caravan/motor home etc. Takes up very little space too. Great purchase

I found this product cost effective as it requires less water and electricity. Manageable. Not complicated. Light-weight. But, be careful with the hose because it breaks easily. You can thicken or protect the hose layer with plastic. Make sure the hose is placed lower than the machine so that the water can drain out. I say, it can fit 8-10 pairs of pants when washing. The only thing I need to do is split the load when it comes to spinning. The good thing is the spin is sturdy and strong when it spins. Suitable for students, those renting rooms or camping.
