Great taste and consistency.
The mango pineapple is an excellent flavor, and I love the consistency. No ocean taste. The consistency is like the lemon part of a lemon meringue pie so itโs a bit thicker. I also mix a little bit with plain yogurt, but u could easily eat this alone. Itโs that good!! I also tried another brand Healthistix. Its flavor was good but I felt it left a slight ocean aftertaste in my mouth. Not horrible, but this does not at all. Also Healthistix has an applesauce consistency. My daughter preferred the consistency of Healthistix since she like applesauce. So just giving u options. ๐ Now as far as this one helping curb my appetite or giving me more energy- not sure Iโm seeing a difference there. Itโs only been a few weeks, but Iโm going to stick with it for a few months.

Has more oceanic taste than others
Taste not bad but has more of a oceanic Taste than the elderberry and strawberry I have noticed it seems to suppress my appetite I haven't taken it in few days and have notice the diff I read up on it got be careful cuz of iodine

Mango Pineapple
Was looking for a more affordable seamoss and stumbled upon this one. I used to get the true sea moss gel occasionally because it is $32 for 16 oz, pretty pricey. However, I decided to try this one because it was on sale and had an additional coupon. Overall, I can say that I am very impressed with this brand. The consistency is extremely smooth and thick giving it a pudding like comparison. I specifically got the mango pineapple and it is definitely full of flavor. Canโt say about the benefits from it yet but itโs very yummy and will be probably purchasing again:)
